Cessna 421 History

It flew for the first time on October 14, 1965. It entered service in May 1967. It is derived from 401/411 family. It was different then those planes with its pressurized cabin. A lengthened nose version was introduced in 1970. Cessna 421B had more baggage and avionics, wider span, and strengthened undercarriage for a higher all up weight limit. It was developed as a large capacity passenger and cargo plane.
